Community gathering and map making Sherkin Island Research and development stage Due to the changing environment of farming, fishing and ownership of lands on Sherkin Island, the need to record the names of local roads, and features on Sherkin has become important. This project, led by Mona will go deep into the heart of local identities to constitute a deeper understanding how people past and present make meaning on the island.
